I have never photographed a Wedding at Gosfield Hall so was really looking forward to a new venue.  The place is really beautiful and even the rain could not dampen the atmosphere here.  The bridal suit has to be the best one I have ever been in – hence great photographs before and after the ceremony as we had to make the most of it! We took nearly all the photographs inside due to the weather but there is so much character in this place that I could have kept on shooting if we were not on limited time before the Wedding Meal.  The bride wore a stunning pastel gold dress which actually went very well with the bridal suite! (Hence even more photos). All in all a very happy day, a very happy couple and a very happy photographer due to an amazing venue.  Hope I get to photograph here again. Just photographed a wedding at Shenley Cricket Centre again last week – a lovely couple Louise and James got married at a church and then had the reception at Shenley Cricket Centre. They were a little worried about the weather as there has been so much rain recently but we managed to get all their amazing photographs of the two them in only 40 minutes in and around Shenley Cricket Centre and the Walled Garden nearlby.  It was a pleasure to be a part of Louise and James special day and I was so pleased with their immediate reply after seeing the photographs on their online gallery “Wow the pictures are amazing!!  Thank you so much for photographing our special day.” Here are just a few from the “Just the two of us” Selection:

Photographed a wedding in March at St Michaels Manor Hotel, I have photographed here a few times now but always love weddings at this venue – it just seems to have that English Classic feel and very romantic inside and outside.  Elizabeth and Philip were such a lovely couple to photograph, very kind people and they friends and family they had at their wedding were very simular.  The weather was unbelievable for 10th March – sunny for most of the day so we were able to use the grounds for photographs right up until 5.30pm and even went out again at 7pm to photograph everyone with sparklers.

When I was asked if I could photograph a wedding at St Albans Registry office on Thursday but they just wanted me for two hours I was more than happy to do it.

I suggested that I could take the getting ready photographs at their house first as they were only five minutes away from St Albans Registry Office.  It was a challenge in the short time to get enough getting ready photographs (half an hour) then to the St Albans Registry Office, The Ceremony, Group Shots and I even managed to fit in some Just the Two of Us photographs in 15 minutes.  Well I am very pleased with the 149 photographs they have received on their CD in high resolution and here are just some from that selection of their Wedding Day.
